Fried Eggs with Rice Paper

Directions
- 1Cut the rice paper with scissors to make a smaller circle.
- 2Place the rice paper with the egg yolk in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
- 3Cook it for a few seconds until done.
- 4Top with tomato, avocado, ham cubes, salt, pepper and olive oil.
