Directions

  1. 1Place stew meat in the slow cooker.
  2. 2Add Au Jus Gravy Mix.
  3. 3Add onion soup mix.
  4. 4Add minced garlic.
  5. 5Add frozen onions.
  6. 6Pour in beef broth.
  7. 7Mix well.
  8. 8Cover and cook on low until the meat is tender. Mix in cornstarch when it is almost done.
  9. 9Serve over mashed potatoes with green beans.

  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 5 oz minced garlic in water
  • 1 cup frozen onions
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
