  3. 3Saring nanas untuk memisahkan ampas dan airnya.
  4. 4Masak air nanas sampai mendidih dan sedikit menyusut.
  5. 5Masak ampas nanas bersama air nanas.
  6. 6Tambahkan gula pasir.
  7. 7Masak sampai benar-benar kering dan warnanya golden brown.
  8. 8Bulatkan selai nanas.

  • 1 kg Nanas yang sudah dihaluskan
  • 5 buah Cengkeh
  • 250 gr Gula pasir
