Directions

  1. 1Season the brisket on all sides with black pepper, kosher salt, and BBQ rub.
  2. 2Place an aluminum foil pan on the smoker.
  3. 3Place the seasoned brisket on the smoker.
  4. 4After some time, remove the brisket from the smoker.
  5. 5Wrap the brisket in aluminum foil.
  6. 6Spread melted butter on top of the wrapped brisket.
  7. 7Return the brisket to the smoker to continue cooking.
  8. 8Once cooked, remove the brisket from the smoker.
  9. 9Cut the brisket into slices.
  10. 10Chop the sliced brisket into small pieces.
  11. 11Transfer the chopped brisket to a large bowl.
  12. 12Add cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, cooked bacon, and cheddar cheese to the bowl with the brisket.
  13. 13Season the mixture with garlic powder and paprika.
  14. 14Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined.
  15. 15Take an egg roll wrapper and place a portion of the brisket mixture in the center.
  16. 16Fold the wrapper to create an egg roll shape.
  17. 17Fry the egg rolls in a pan with oil until golden brown and crispy.
  18. 18Transfer the fried egg rolls to a plate.
  19. 19Drizzle BBQ sauce over the egg rolls.
  20. 20Garnish with chopped parsley.
