Grab your diced potatoes, add a bit of olive oil, then add all of the seasonings: smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and optional chili powder.
Mix it all together.
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 16-20 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, start cooking up your extra lean beef mince.
Add some Worcestershire sauce to the beef mince.
Add the same seasonings as before to the beef mince: smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and optional chili powder.
Mix the beef mince and seasonings together.
Add some diced onions to the beef mince.
Give the beef mince one more mix and let it cook through.
Pour the 6 whisked eggs into a pan.
Cook the eggs on low-medium heat, mixing gently every 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
Grab a low-calorie tortilla.
Add 30g of low-fat cheese.
Evenly distribute the beef mince, potatoes, and scrambled eggs on the tortilla.
Add chives and 20g of sriracha mayo.
