Add ground pork to a metal bowl.

Add a tablespoon of pureed garlic to the pork.

Add a tablespoon of pureed ginger to the pork.

Add a couple of squirts of liquid aminos to the pork.

Add chopped green onions to the pork.

Add a pinch of salt to the pork mixture.

Add a pinch of pepper to the pork mixture.

Mix all the ingredients well until incorporated.

Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.

Pour liquid aminos into a small bowl for the sauce.

Add about a tablespoon of sugar to the sauce.

Add more green scallions, all minced up, to the sauce.

Add a splash of white vinegar to the sauce.

Mix the sauce ingredients well and set aside.

Place the pork mixture on a hot grill and flatten it to form a patty.

Caramelize one side of the patty.

Flip the patty over.

Add butter to the grill and toast the burger bun.

Add a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of the cooked patty.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.

Place some greens in a bowl.

Pour some sauce over the greens to dress them.

Place the cheeseburger patty on the prepared bottom bun.

Place the dressed greens on top of the patty.
