Directions

  1. 1Peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices, making thin slits on one side and diagonal slits on the other.
  2. 2Prepare a batter by mixing corn flour, maida, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor, salt, and water.
  3. 3Dip the potatoes in the batter.
  4. 4Fry the potatoes until they are crispy. You can also air fry or bake them.
  5. 5Serve with garlic mayo or ketchup.

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp amchoor
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup water
