Directions

  1. 1Melt dark chocolate in a saucepan with coconut cream and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2Pour the melted chocolate mixture over a cup of medjool dates in a food processor.
  3. 3Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Pour the mousse into a square glass container and chill.

  • 1 pinch salt
