Directions

  1. 1Chop the ladyfingers in a blender.
  2. 2Pour the chopped ladyfingers into a larger bowl.
  3. 3Add the mascarpone and coffee to the bowl and mix until compacted.
  4. 4Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into meatballs.
  5. 5Roll the meatballs in bitter cocoa.
  6. 6To make the mascarpone cream, combine mascarpone, cold cream, and powdered sugar.
  7. 7Mix until the mascarpone cream is ready.
  8. 8Compose the sweet cream and the meatballs for serving.

  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 1 tazzina coffee
  • bitter cocoa
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 125 ml cold cream
  • 20 g powdered sugar
