Zanahoria Pizza

Directions
- 1Peel, and cut the carrot into small squares.
- 2Add to a processor with olive oil, an egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- 3Process well.
- 4Add the flour of your choice and a teaspoon of baking powder.
- 5Pour into a baking tray and shape it like a pizza.
- 6Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- 7Fry some onion in a pan with olive oil.
- 8Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil, then crush the tomatoes and add tomato puree.
- 9Remove the pizza from the oven and add the sauce and cheese.
- 10Put it in the oven until it is gratin.
- 11Cut and add fresh basil before serving.

- 5 Cdas oat flour
- 1 cdita baking powder
- 1 onion
