Cinnamon Loaf Cake
Directions
- 1Prepare the loaf pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
- 2In a bowl, mix the batter and divide it into two halves.
- 3Add cinnamon to one half of the batter and mix it.
- 4Layer the two batters in the loaf pan, swirling them together.
- 5Sprinkle the streusel topping over the batter.
- 6Bake the cake.
- 7Once the cake is baked, let it cool and frost with cream cheese glaze.
