Crispy Pork and Chives Rice Paper Dumplings

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground pork, chopped chives, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sugar, and white pepper, then mix until well combined.
  2. 2Stir-fry the pork mixture in a pan with a little oil until completely cooked through.
  3. 3Briefly soak a sheet of rice paper in warm water until pliable.
  4. 4Place 3 tablespoons of the cooked pork filling in the center of the rice paper, fold the sides over to create a square, and then wrap that square in another sheet of wet rice paper.
  5. 5Pan-fry both sides of the dumplings in a lightly oiled pan until golden and crispy.
  6. 6Serve topped with chili oil, soy sauce, and sliced green onion.
