12Boil salted water for the pasta.
13Add tomato paste to the veggies and give a good mix.
14Add half and half and mix.
15Add more paprika, garlic, onion, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
16Let the sauce thicken up.
17Add half a cup of Parmesan cheese and mix well.
18Wilt the spinach and combine it with the sauce.
19Pour the pasta into the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.
20Add back the chicken to the sauce.
21Add the drained pasta to the sauce and combine gently.
22Serve and enjoy with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
