Directions

  1. 1Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken and cream of mushroom.
  3. 3Add 1.5 cups of uncooked rice and 2 cups of chicken broth to the mixture.
  4. 4Stir in one packet of onion soup mix.
  5. 5Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. 6Season pork chops with Lawry's seasoning.
  7. 7Place pork chops on top of the rice mixture in the baking dish.
  8. 8Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  9. 9Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  10. 10After baking, fluff the mixture with a spoon.

  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix packet
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 bottle Lawry's seasoning
