Directions
1
Finely dice a tiny amount of garlic, a couple of spicy chilies, half an onion, a tomato, and two decently sized potatoes.
2
Add the potatoes, onions, and the tomatoes to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and sear them for just a bit of color.
3
Let them boil with a cup of water for about 10 minutes or till the water has evaporated.
4
Meanwhile, squeeze 5 to 6 limes or lemons, about two-thirds of a cup.
5
Season the pan with a good pinch of salt, black pepper, and a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
6
Then add the lime juice with the chili and garlic.
7
Gently add the tuna as you want to keep it as chunky as possible.
8
Let the pan simmer for just 2 to 3 minutes.
9
Once it's ready, give it a good drizzle of olive oil for a nice fresh finish and a sprinkle of coriander.
