Directions

  1. 1Add reposado tequila to the cocktail shaker.
  2. 2Add fresh lemon juice.
  3. 3Add honey syrup.
  4. 4Add lavender bitters.
  5. 5Add one large ice cube.
  6. 6Shake well.
  7. 7Rinse the glass with mezcal and pour the excess back into the bottle.
  8. 8Add ice to the glass.
  9. 9Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  10. 10Garnish with lemon and honey.

  • 2 oz reposado tequila
