Directions

  1. 1Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
  2. 2Heat a pan well before cooking and do not use oil.
  3. 3Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired size using a ladle.
  4. 4Reduce the heat after pouring the batter onto the pan.
  5. 5Flip every 10 seconds to ensure even cooking.
  6. 6Cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
  7. 7Cut the cooked bread with scissors and fill it with sweet or savory fillings as desired.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 cups water
  • salt
  • spices
  • sweetener

Equipment

blenderpanladlescissors

Tips

  • If the mixture is too thin, let it sit for a few moments so oats can absorb excess water.
  • Make sure the flatbreads are not too thick to ensure the center cooks properly.
  • If the batter thickens too much, add a little water and stir.
  • Flip every 10 seconds to ensure even cooking.
