Garlic Parmesan Wing Dip

Directions

  1. 1Chop about a pound of breaded chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Place the chopped chicken at the bottom of an aluminum pan.
  3. 3Pour about half a 12-ounce bottle of garlic parmesan wing sauce over the chicken.
  4. 4Shred an 8-ounce block of mozzarella cheese and an 8-ounce block of white cheddar cheese.
  5. 5Spread the shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. 6Place a block of cream cheese on top of the shredded cheese.
  7. 7Pour the rest of the wing sauce over the cream cheese and cheese layer.
  8. 8Add minced garlic according to your preference.
  9. 9Add about half a cup of fresh parsley.
  10. 10Season with SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) seasoning.
  11. 11Fill the empty wing sauce bottle with milk, shake it, and pour it over the ingredients.
  12. 12Place the pan on a smoker at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour.
  13. 13After an hour, remove the dip from the smoker and mix everything together.
  14. 14Return the pan to the smoker for another 15-20 minutes until it's thick and creamy.
  15. 15Garnish with a little more fresh parsley.
  16. 16Grate Parmigiano Reggiano cheese over the top of the dip.
  17. 17Serve with Bruschettini for dipping.

Tips

  • For a creamy dip, do not buy pre-shredded cheese.
