Directions

  1. 1Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour to a large glass bowl.
  2. 2Add a quarter cup of brown sugar to the bowl.
  3. 3Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the bowl.
  4. 4Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder to the bowl.
  5. 5Add a quarter teaspoon of coarse salt to the bowl.
  6. 6Whisk the dry ingredients together.
  7. 7Add 2 large eggs to the bowl.
  8. 8Add 1 and a quarter cups of whole milk to the bowl.
  9. 9Add a quarter cup of melted unsalted butter to the bowl.
  10. 10Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the bowl.
  11. 11Whisk all ingredients together to incorporate.
  12. 12Grease a 9x13 rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, making sure to get the sides and corners.
  13. 13Pour the batter into the baking sheet.
  14. 14Spread the batter out evenly using a spatula.
  15. 15Tap the baking sheet a couple of times on the counter to create an even layer.
  16. 16Divide the batter mentally into four equal sections.
  17. 17Add warmed-up strawberry jam to one section and swirl it in.
  18. 18Lay sliced strawberries on top of the strawberry jam section.
  19. 19Add chocolate chips to another section.
  20. 20Add blueberries to a third section.
  21. 21Add a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the last section and swirl it in.
  22. 22Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a tester in the center comes out clean.
  23. 23Let the cooked sheet pan pancakes sit for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
