Honey Butter Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Slice the chicken breast into small cubes.
  2. 2Season the chicken with salt, chili flakes, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
  3. 3Mix the chicken until the color changes and all ingredients are well combined.
  4. 4Cook the chicken in light butter on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5Lower the heat and add more butter, a drizzle of honey, soy sauce, and fresh parsley to the chicken.
  6. 6Mix until the chicken is well coated and juicy.
  7. 7Set the cooked chicken aside.
  8. 8In the same pan, add minced garlic and sundried tomatoes.
  9. 9Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.
  10. 10Add Italian herbs and salt.
  11. 11Pour in low fat milk, add light cream cheese, grated parmesan, and parmesan rind.
  12. 12Stir until the sauce is completely smooth and slightly thickened.
  13. 13Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
  14. 14Garnish with fresh parsley.
