- 10Add cooked tapioca pearls to another glass.
- 11Add honey to the tapioca pearls.
- 12Add ice to the glass.
- 13Pour oat milk into the glass.
- 14Pour the blue matcha mixture into the glass with oat milk.
- 15Stir with a straw and enjoy.
