In a large mixing bowl, add one cup of brown sugar and three eggs.

Add three-quarter cup of vegetable oil and two teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Add half a cup (4 ounces) of room temperature brewed coffee.

Add half a cup of cocoa and mix one more time.

Once the mixture looks consistent, add the reserved flour mixture and mix it all together.

Gently fold in three-quarter cup of chocolate chips; mini chocolate chips are recommended.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Pour the cake batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 55 minutes (it may take up to an hour).
