Brown two pounds of ground beef in a pan, breaking it up as it cooks.

Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Once the meat is browned, remove it from the heat.

Stir in two drained cans of mixed vegetables into the browned ground beef.

Add one can of golden mushroom soup to the mixture.

Add one can of cream of mushroom soup to the mixture.

Pour about half a cup of milk into the mixture and mix everything until combined.

Spread the beef mixture evenly in the pan.

In a separate bowl, mix three-quarter cup of cold water with one box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (keeping the seasoning packet aside).

Mix the biscuit dough until just combined.

Fold in a half cup of shredded sharp cheddar into the biscuit dough.

Place dollops of the biscuit mixture all over the top of the beef mixture in the pan.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook the dish in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.

While the dish is cooking, mix the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix with a half stick of melted butter.

Once the dish is out of the oven, pour the seasoned butter over the golden-brown biscuits.

Tips
If there is any excess fat when done browning the ground beef, drain it off.
