Fold in one 398 ml can of undrained crushed pineapple using a silicone spatula.

Pour the mixture into a pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.

Check if a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean to ensure it's fully baked.

Let the cake cool completely.

In a separate bowl, fold a 102 gram package of vanilla pudding into a 1-liter tub of thawed frozen whipped topping.

Fold in another can of undrained crushed pineapple into the whipped topping and pudding mixture.

Refrigerate the icing mixture to keep it cool while the cake is cooling.

Once the cake is at room temperature, you can pop it into the fridge to speed up the chilling process before icing.

Ice the fully chilled cake with the prepared whipped topping mixture.
