1Combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons each of salt, instant yeast, and your chosen sweetener in a bowl.
2Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the bowl.
3Mix the ingredients with a spoon until a tacky, wet dough forms.
4Cover the bowl and let the dough sit for 2 hours to rise.
5After 2 hours, use two forks to pull the sticky dough off the sides of the bowl and fold it into the center a couple of times to form a loose, wiggly ball.
6Drizzle a little olive oil on the dough, rub it around, and pull the dough off the bottom of the bowl.
7Transfer the dough to a buttered bread pan.
8Roll the dough into a cylinder shape and place it in the bread pan.
9Let the dough rise in the bread pan for about an hour, or until it reaches the top of the pan.
10Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes.

Tips
The dough will be tacky and wet, which is how it's supposed to be.
Honey makes an amazing honey sandwich bread.
Typically, let the dough rise a little bit higher than the top of the bread pan if time permits.
