High Protein Garlic Bread Cheeseburgers

Directions

  1. 1Add salt and pepper to the lean ground beef.
  2. 2Add one egg to the ground beef mixture.
  3. 3Mix the beef well with your hands.
  4. 4Divide the beef into six equal balls.
  5. 5In a bowl, mix light mayo, reduced sugar ketchup, American mustard, chopped pickles, chopped onion, pepper, and paprika for the burger sauce.
  6. 6In a small bowl, melt light butter.
  7. 7Add diced garlic to the melted butter.
  8. 8Add chopped parsley to the garlic butter.
  9. 9Mix the garlic butter well.
  10. 10Spread the garlic butter on your buns.
  11. 11Throw the buns in a pan on medium heat.
  12. 12Squash the buns down with a burger press.
  13. 13Toast the buns until golden brown.
  14. 14Repeat the toasting process for the remaining buns.
  15. 15Add cooking spray to the pan.
  16. 16Place two burger balls in the pan.
  17. 17Smash them down with a burger press and parchment paper.
  18. 18Cook on high heat until they get a crispy sear on both sides (1-2 minutes).
  19. 19Layer the burger patty with a light cheese single.
  20. 20To assemble, add shredded lettuce on your garlic bun.
  21. 21Place your burger patties on top of the lettuce.
  22. 22Add a dollop of burger sauce on top of the patties.
  23. 23Place the top garlic bun to complete the burger.

  • 60 g light mayo
  • 40 g reduced sugar ketchup
  • 8 g American mustard
  • 15 g chopped pickles
  • 10 g chopped onion
  • paprika
  • 3 light cheese singles
  • shredded lettuce
