Slice the cabbage with a mandoline.

Julienne the carrot with a julien peeler.

Slice or crumble the tofu and place it on a baking tray.

Drizzle oil over the tofu.

Season the tofu with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Bake the tofu in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Add carrots, bell pepper, spring onions, thyme, and scotch bonnet to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
