Directions

  1. 1Combine minced chicken, red capsicum, grated onion, crushed garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, cumin, chilli powder, chilli flakes, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand.
  3. 3Shape the kebab mixture around skewers with oiled hands.
  4. 4Shallow fry or grill the kebabs in a pan until cooked and browned.
  5. 5In a clean pan, melt butter and add garlic, chilli flakes, and parsley to make a herby butter.
  6. 6Slather the flatbread with the garlicy herby butter.
  7. 7Add tomato paste and seasoning to the pan to make a quick tomato sauce.
  8. 8Place the cooked kebab on the flatbread.
  9. 9Roll up the kebabs within the flatbread.
  10. 10Slice the rolled kebabs into chunks.
  11. 11Dollop seasoned yogurt onto a plate.
  12. 12Arrange the kebab rolls around the yogurt on the plate.
  13. 13Pour the tomato sauce over the arranged kebab rolls.
  14. 14Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sliced tomatoes and peppers.
