Combine minced chicken, red capsicum, grated onion, crushed garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, cumin, chilli powder, chilli flakes, and salt in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand.

Shape the kebab mixture around skewers with oiled hands.

Shallow fry or grill the kebabs in a pan until cooked and browned.

In a clean pan, melt butter and add garlic, chilli flakes, and parsley to make a herby butter.

Slather the flatbread with the garlicy herby butter.

Add tomato paste and seasoning to the pan to make a quick tomato sauce.

Place the cooked kebab on the flatbread.

Roll up the kebabs within the flatbread.

Slice the rolled kebabs into chunks.

Dollop seasoned yogurt onto a plate.

Arrange the kebab rolls around the yogurt on the plate.

Pour the tomato sauce over the arranged kebab rolls.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sliced tomatoes and peppers.
