Take about a third of the bowl of cabbage.

Open and chop the artichokes. If you can't chop it, take it out.

Take some Castelvetrano olives and chop them, making them the same size as the artichokes, a haphazard chop.

Add pepperoncinis.

Add leftover grilled chicken.

Slice salami very thin and add it.

Chop parsley finely and add it.

Add oregano.

Add a bunch of feta.

For the dressing, add olive oil, a bunch of red wine vinegar, one big clove of garlic, and salt (a cup).

Mix the dressing really well.
Ingredients
1 third of the bowl Cabbage
Artichokes
that much Castelvetranos
Pepperoncinis
Leftover grilled chicken
Salami, sliced thin
Parsley
Oregano
bunch Feta
Olive oil
a bunch Red wine vinegar
1 big clove Garlic
1 cup Salt
Tips
Chop artichokes; remove if unable to chop.
Chop Castelvetranos to the same size as artichokes.
Slice salami very thin.
Chop parsley finely.
Mix the dressing very well, as ratios make all the difference.
The cabbage makes it acceptable to eat all these ingredients together and call it a salad.
