Directions

  1. 1Unwrap two wheels of brie cheese.
  2. 2Dredge the brie in flour.
  3. 3Coat the flour-covered brie in breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Fry the breaded brie in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. 5Slice a tomato into rounds.
  6. 6Slice an avocado.
  7. 7Place a fried brie wheel on a cutting board.
  8. 8Top with tomato slices.
  9. 9Add avocado slices.
  10. 10Drizzle with ketchup.
  11. 11Top with another fried brie wheel.
  12. 12Cut the brie burger in half.
