Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole
Directions
- 1Brown a pound of ground beef and a diced onion in a skillet.
- 2Season the meat and onion with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
- 3Once cooked, drain any extra grease from the pan.
- 4Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, a can of tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce to the meat mixture.
- 5Stir the ingredients together and top with shredded cheese.
- 6Arrange crispy crowns or tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
- 7Place the skillet in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 30 minutes.
- 8Serve the casserole with roasted broccoli and a slice of buttered bread.

Tips
- If your kids don't like onions, you can remove them after cooking the meat, but they are needed for flavor.
