Directions

  1. 1Start off by adding a block of softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Next, add a half a cup of mayonnaise.
  3. 3Along with two cups of fresh grated cheddar cheese.
  4. 4Add a couple of chopped green onions and a quarter cup of this glaze.
  5. 5Stir that all together until happy with how mixed it is.
  6. 6Grab a baking dish, and just bloop the mixed dip into it.
  7. 7Spread it out evenly.
  8. 8Then get six Ritz crackers and crush them however you want.
  9. 9Sprinkle the crushed crackers on top of the dip.
  10. 10Put the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15, 20 minutes.
  11. 11When it comes out of the oven, crumble up about six pieces of crispy bacon and sprinkle them on top.
  12. 12Drizzle about another half a cup of Captain Rodney's on top.
  13. 13If you have any chopped green onions left, sprinkle those on there too.
