Cut the jalapeños in half and arrange them on a heat pan.

Squeeze BBQ sauce into one side of each jalapeño.

Place sliced brisket into the jalapeño halves with BBQ sauce.

Fill the other side of the jalapeño with shredded cheddar.

Place the two halves together to make a sandwich.

Wrap the filled jalapeños in bacon.

Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a heat pan.

Put the heat pan into the oven at 350 degrees until golden and bacon is cooked.

Dip the cooked jalapeño poppers into corn batter.

Place the battered poppers into hot oil to fry until golden.

Remove the poppers from the oil using a frying strainer.

Place the finished poppers on a rack.

Serve and dip in BBQ sauce.
