Fudgy Brownies

Directions
- 1Brown the butter, then stir in the chocolate while it’s still warm until fully melted.
- 2Mix in both sugars until smooth.
- 3Add the eggs and vanilla, whisk until the mixture is thick and glossy.
- 4Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
- 5Fold everything together, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- 6Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 22–26 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft.

- 80 g chocolate
- 100 g brown sugar
- 90 g granulated sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 65 g all-purpose flour
- 35 g cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- chocolate chips (optional)

- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing for the fudgiest texture.
