Directions

  1. 1Place frozen hamburger patties into a crockpot.
  2. 2Add sliced mushrooms on top of the patties.
  3. 3In a separate measuring cup, pour in cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic.
  4. 4Add beef consomme soup to the measuring cup.
  5. 5Add one packet of Lipton Beefy Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix to the mixture.
  6. 6Whisk all ingredients in the measuring cup until well blended.
  7. 7Squeeze in some ketchup to the mixture and mix again.
  8. 8Pour the mixture over the patties in the crockpot, ensuring they are well-coated.
  9. 9Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the patties.
  10. 10Add minced garlic on top of the patties.
  11. 11Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  12. 12Serve the Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy from the crockpot.
