Toast the kemiri and kayu manis.

Add oil to a pan.

Add lengkuas, then jahe, serei, bawang merah and bawang putih.

Puree all the spices, except for the aromatics.

Sauté the wet and dry spices in a pan with oil, add aromatics.

Add the sautéed spices to the beef broth.

Rebus daging dengan metode 5:30:7, yaitu merebus selama 5 menit, diamkan 30 menit, lalu rebus lagi 7 menit dengan penutup tertutup.
