- 5Add 1 tbsp flour and mix.
- 6Add 3 cups of beef broth and 3 cups of pasta.
- 7Cook on medium heat covered for 10-15 min.
- 8Add 1 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese.
- 9Top with crushed red peppers, parsley, and parmesan.
