Directions

Chop the red onion into chunks.

Crack two cloves of garlic with a knife, remove the roots and chop it up into little chunks.

Remove the skin of the root celery, cut it lengthwise and chop it up into cubes.

Remove the skin of the carrot, cut it into pieces, and chop it up into the same size of cubes like the celery.

Add concentrated tomato puree into a little bowl and add a splash of water; mix everything until it's creamy.

Prepare broth.

Add a little bit of oil in a pan, add the vegetables and fry them until they get a little bit soft and some color.

Add ground meat into the pan and loosen it with a wooden spoon; do this until the meat gets a brown color.

Add the tomato puree and mix everything.

Add the stock.

Close the lid, set it to medium heat and let this come to boil.

Add salt and pepper.

Let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes until it gets a smooth and nice consistency.

Cook spaghetti.

Add the pan content to a plate.
