Garlic Parmesan One-Pot Chicken and Rice

Directions

  1. 1Heat up the pan and add a little bit of oil.
  2. 2Add about a pound of chicken breast cut into small, bite-sized pieces to the pan.
  3. 3Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. 4Cook the chicken until it's done.
  5. 5Add a big scoop (maybe two) of minced garlic to the pan.
  6. 6Cook the garlic down with the chicken for about a minute.
  7. 7Add a cup and a half of instant (Minute) rice to the pan.
  8. 8Cook the rice down with the chicken for about a minute or two.
  9. 9Pour in one cup of chicken broth and a half cup of heavy cream.
  10. 10Add about a half cup of Buffalo Wild Wing Parmesan Garlic sauce.
  11. 11Cover the pan.
  12. 12Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about three to five minutes until the rice is done.
  13. 13Remove the lid once the rice is done.
  14. 14Cut the heat.
  15. 15Throw in a handful of Parmesan cheese.
  16. 16Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it's all melted.
