Boil pasta for 1 minute less than the recommended cook time.

In a pan, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.

Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil and butter to the pan. Stir.

Add heavy whipping cream, salt, and lime juice to the pan.

Add Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken for 1-2 minutes.

Add the boiled pasta, more Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and pasta water to the sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil.

Let the sauce and pasta come together and mix well.

Garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of chili oil.

200 g dry pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chili oil / chili crisp
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 cup lime juice
0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup pasta water
0.25 cup fresh chopped parsley
chilly oil to drizzle as garnish

Tips
Boil pasta 1 minute less than cook time, as it will cook longer in the sauce.
The color of the pasta will become darker; it's not necessary to add more chili oil. You can always add more as needed if you want it spicier.
