High Protein Cajun Cream Fire Pasta
Directions
- 1Add 4 pounds of ground beef and 12 ounces of sausage to the pot.
- 2Add beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, mustard, Louisiana hot sauce, Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, sea salt, and cayenne pepper.
- 3Give it a stir.
- 4Put the lid on and set your crock pot on high for 2 and 1/2 hours.
- 5Dice one green bell pepper and one yellow onion.
- 6Add your diced vegetables to the skillet.
- 7Add a little beef broth to the skillet with the vegetables.
- 8Dump your cooked veggies into the crock pot.
- 9Stir everything up in the crock pot.
- 1015 minutes before your beef is done, boil your pasta (curve balls and penne were used in this instance).
- 11Add 8 ounces of cream cheese, one bag of grated parmesan, and one bag of sharp cheddar to the crock pot.
- 12Add in your pasta.
- 13Stir everything up.
