Mix corn flour, rice flour, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of chicken powder.

Coat the washed and halved green beans with egg white, then toss them in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Heat a wok with oil.

Add the coated green beans to the hot oil and fry, avoiding excessive stirring initially.

Once the green beans have formed their shape, increase the heat and fry until slightly crispy.

Strain the crispy green beans and set aside.

In the same wok, add margarine or butter and salted egg yolks over medium heat.

Mash the salted egg yolks until they are frothy.

Turn off the heat.

Add sugar, chicken powder, MSG, a pinch of salt, chili padi, and curry leaves to the wok.

Add the fried green beans to the sauce and toss to coat.

Strain the dish.

green beans, washed and cut in half

1 margarine or butter
1 salted egg yolks
1 sugar
1 MSG
1 chili padi
1 curry leaves

Tips
Do not stir too much when the green beans are first added to the oil to allow them to form their shape.
Fry the green beans until slightly crispy.
