Cajun Slow Cooker Swamp Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Drop about a pound and a half of halved or quartered potatoes to the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. 2Spread the potatoes out in an even layer across the bottom.
  3. 3Season the potatoes with some salt, pepper, and your favorite Cajun seasoning.
  4. 4Add one stick of butter, taken out of the paper and cut up a little bit first.
  5. 5Add a pound and a half of green beans, washed and cut into small pieces.
  6. 6Add one diced onion.
  7. 7Mix the ingredients together a little and spread them out.
  8. 8Season with some more Cajun seasoning.
  9. 9Add one pound of smoked sausage cut into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10Put the lid on and set the crock pot to low.
  11. 11Wait for most of the day until it's done.
  12. 12Give it a quick stir.
  13. 13Grab a bowl and fill it up.
  14. 14Wait for it to cool off.
  15. 15Scoop up a big bite and enjoy.
