Milk Tea Pudding With Brown Sugar Boba

  1. 1Start by roasting loose black tea leaves with sugar in a saucepan.
  2. 2Stir the tea leaves and sugar until the sugar caramelizes.
  3. 3Pour milk into the saucepan with the caramelized tea leaves.
