Add 1 cup of Basmati rice, 1 tablespoon of butter, and a little salt to the boiling water.
Stir the rice mixture, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Trim the fat from the chicken thighs and cut each thigh into strips, then into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cut chicken into a bowl and season with salt, garlic powder, and Kinder's marinade.
Cover the seasoned chicken and place it in the fridge to marinate for about an hour.
Place the chicken into the air fryer basket, ensuring enough liquid to cover the bottom.
Add more teriyaki sauce, some soy sauce, and sesame oil to the chicken in the air fryer.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, take out the chicken, give it a stir, and place it back in the air fryer for another 8 minutes.
Melt some butter in a skillet for the rice.
Peel and dice an onion, setting a paper towel down for easier cleanup.
Add the diced onion, frozen peas, and carrots to the skillet with the melted butter.
Grab a separate bowl and crack four eggs into it, then whisk them.
Separate the vegetables to one side of the skillet, add some butter, and start scrambling the eggs on the empty side.
Once the rice is done, add it to the skillet with the vegetables and scrambled eggs.
Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the rice mixture in the skillet and mix well.
For the yum-yum sauce, combine about half a cup of mayonnaise, a little paprika, a splash of water, a quarter cup of ketchup, a splash of rice vinegar, minced garlic juice, and a little sesame oil in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for the yum-yum sauce thoroughly.
Pour the yum-yum sauce into a piping bag using a cup for support, then cut the end off the piping bag.
Plate the fried rice and add the cooked chicken next to it.
Drizzle the yum-yum sauce over the chicken and rice to serve.
