Directions

  1. 1切掉约200克姜
  2. 2将姜洗净切成小块，可以不用去皮
  3. 3将两个柠檬去皮去籽后切成小块
  4. 4将两个橙子去皮切小块
  5. 5把所有食材倒入破壁机
  6. 6加椰子水，水量没过食材即可
  7. 7将食材打碎
  8. 8用纱布过滤一下渣滓
  9. 9之后就可以分装到小瓶子中，每个是100毫升
  10. 10密封起来放冰箱冷藏

  • 2 个 橙子
  • 椰子水

Tips

  • 第一次做怕辣的可以加橙子。
  • 密封冷藏可放十天。
  • 这个姜汁饮可以空口喝。
  • 姜辣素会让人兴奋，比咖啡还好使。
  • 喝下去感觉从喉咙一直暖到胃，然后慢慢扩散到全身。
