Cut the picanha into 1-inch to 3/4-inch slabs.

Cut the slabs into 1-inch pieces.

Place the cut meat into a bowl.

Season the meat with about a quarter of a bottle of Spicy Dan-O's seasoning.

Toss the meat around to ensure it is nicely coated in the seasoning.

Heat up the Blackstone griddle and add olive oil.

Add the seasoned meat to the hot griddle.

Cut the limes in half.

Squeeze one lime over the cooking meat.

Flip the steak pieces to sear the other side.

Squeeze the second lime over the cooking meat once it's seared on both sides.

Remove the cooked picanha from the griddle and place it on a plate.
