Directions

  1. 1Combine milk, eggs, cornstarch, sugar, melted butter and yellow food coloring in a blender and mix.
  2. 2Cook pancakes in a lightly oiled pan, flipping once golden brown.
  3. 3In a bowl, beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4Chop mangoes into slices.
  5. 5Place a pancake on a plate, add a dollop of cream and place mango slices on top, then wrap it up.

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 small squirt yellow food coloring
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 mangoes
