5 cloves garlic
1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
0.125 tsp white or black pepper
0.125 tsp baking soda
0.75 cup low sodium chicken broth or water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp shaoxing wine or mirin
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken bouillon
0.125 tsp white or black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Tips
Never throw away the broccoli stem, as it's a delicious part of the broccoli.
