Heat the water.

Add the beef to the hot water and blanch it.

While the meat is blanching, prepare the sauce by taking some water and adding chopped ginger.

Add two spoons of soybean and sesame seeds paste to the sauce.

Add a tablespoon of peanut butter to the sauce.

Add two tablespoons of soy sauce to the sauce.

Add a tablespoon of sugar to the sauce.

Once the beef has risen, remove it from the water.

Add two tomatoes to the boiling sauce.

Add the blanched beef to the sauce.

Stir the beef into the sauce and let it soak.

Taste-check the sauce, then add two chili peppers and salt.

Cook until the meat is soft.

Boil the pumpkin noodles in hot water until soft.

Transfer the cooked noodles to a serving bowl.

Boil some spinach in the same water used for the noodles.

After cooking, place the spinach in the same bowl as the noodles.

Place the cooked beef on top of the noodles.

Finally, add some chopped coriander leaves.

The meat does not need to be fully cooked when blanching.
